Patterson Family Chili Fundraiser to be held Monday, April 8
The 4-H Clubs of Carroll County are teaming up to hold a chili fundraiser for a family in need.
The Patterson Family Chili Fundraiser Benefit will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, April 8, in the Pioneer Room of Carroll Electric. The community can stop in and get a bowl of chili and a drink for $5. There will be a silent auction and a live auction featuring pies and baked goods. Kelly Swofford will serve as the auctioneer.
Glenda Warner said all proceeds from the fundraiser will go to the Patterson family, whose home burned down recently.
“The Patterson family has been in 4-H for years,” she said. “Their house burned to the ground a few weeks ago, so all of the 4-H clubs are coming together to help them out.”
