Elks Christmas

The Holiday Island Elks Lodge No. 1042 received a promise grant from the Elks National Foundation, which allowed lodge members to buy more than 200 Christmas gifts for the Carroll County Learning Center. CCLC provides daycare for disadvantaged children ages 0-4 and disabled young adults.
