This listing includes individuals who are booked into the Carroll County Detention Center. Charges may be reduced or dropped, and individuals are presumed innocent until being found guilty in court. As of Thursday, Sept. 27, a total of 88 inmates were being housed in the detention center.

Sept. 20

• Robert Allen Beyer II, 29, Bufford, was booked on failure to appear and on hold for Marion County.

• Claudia Jean Ellis, 54, Holiday Island, was booked on domestic battery in the third degree and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sept. 21

• Bradley William Bates, 46, Shell Knob, Mo., was booked on public intoxication, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Rex Allen Chambers, 42, Siloam Springs, was booked on disorderly conduct.

• Coty Wayne Griffin, 21, Berryville, was booked on public intoxication.

• Mathew James Jacob, 43, Berryville, was booked on court commitment.

Sept. 22

• Ricardo Gutierrez, 21, Green Forest, was booked on assault on a family or household member in the third degree.

• Guy Demott Holmes, 52, Eureka Springs, was booked on public intoxication.

• Skyler Douglas Johnson, 21, Rogers, was booked on failure to appear.

Sept. 23

• Crystal Hope Anderson, 18, Green Forest, was booked on public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

• Colten Demeyer, 42, Green Forest, was booked on aggravated assault, assault on a family or household member and revocation of a suspended sentence.

• Shawn Michael Herda, 58, Golden, Mo., was booked on multiple counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and careless and prohibited driving.

• James Atherton Leamy, 35, Sanger, Texas, was booked on public intoxication.

• Melissa Lynn Murray, 27, Mountain Home, was booked on public intoxication.

• Robert Dale Smith, 34, Green Forest, was booked on violation of a protection order.

• Jason Ryan Surface, 38, Alpena, was booked on no driver’s license, no proof of insurance and possession of an instrument of crime.

Sept. 24

• Natasha Kaye Winder, 35, Eureka Springs, was booked on two counts of violation of the Arkansas Hot Check Law and revocation of a suspended sentence.

• Brittany Arnold, 23, Holiday Island, was booked on hold for Benton County.

• Derrick Mathew Bates, 33, Berryville, was booked on hold for the Harrison Police Department and Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

• David Dewitt Charles, 58, Eagle Rock, Mo., was booked on breaking or entering, public intoxication, theft of property and criminal trespassing.

• Lynn Allen Cooper, 53, Weiner, was booked on three counts of failure and failure to appear.

• Anna Maria Escoto, 45, Berryville, was booked on failure to appear.

• Douglas Eugene Essig, 55, Eagle Rock, Mo., was booked on breaking or entering, trespassing, refusal to submit to arrest, obstructing governmental operations of theft of property.

• Mary Katherine Ford, 36, Huntsville, was booked on hold for Madison County.

• Tiffany Goodsell, 34, Green Forest, was booked on two counts of failure to appear and revocation of a suspended sentence.

• James Austin Greenhaw, 22, Vendor, was booked on criminal trespassing, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Josie Irene Kennedy, 22, Eureka Springs, was booked on failure to appear and court commitment.

• Rickey Shannon Spencer, 41, Berryville, was booked on driving on a suspended license, no proof of insurance and failure to pay.
