• Terrence Morgan Kelly, 40, Berryville, was booked on domestic battery in the third degree and possession of a controlled substance.

• Santiago Ramirez, 48, Berryville, was booked on obstructing driver’s view, no driver’s license and on hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

• Efrain Alaniz Jr., 31, Bentonville, was booked on the Act 309 work release program.

• Antonio Miles Brinkley, 30, Harrison, was booked on two counts possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, possession of firearms by certain persons and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.

• Allen Matthew Collier, 46, Berryville, was booked on failure to pay.

• Michelle Renee Evans, 32, Green Forest, was booked on failure to pay.

• Erin Rene Goldsmith, 18, Holiday Island, was booked on failure to appear.

• Freddrick Bernard Shelton, 59, Holiday Island, was booked on court commitment.
