September 21 through 24
Revelation of Jesus Christ Seminar
The Berryville Seventh-Day Adventist Church invites everyone to a Revelation of Jesus Christ seminar at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21, through Monday, Sept. 24, at 1330 Hwy 62 W., two miles west of Walmart after the Family Pet Vet. Admission and study materials are free, and there will be children’s programs and refreshments afterward.

September 29
GriefShare Seminar
The Green Forest United Methodist Church will be hosting a 13-week GriefShare seminar beginning in October. GriefShare is a recovery support group that meets weekly to help people who are dealing with the loss of a loved one. There will be an introductory meeting for all interested in learning about GriefShare seminars from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, at the church on the corner of Springfield Street and Hwy 62 in Green Forest. All in need of support are encouraged to attend.

October 1
Benefit Spaghetti Dinner
The Holiday Island Presbyterian Church will hold the annual Benefit Spaghetti Dinner from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 1, at the Holiday Island Clubhouse. Tickets are $10, and children under six eat free. The dinner will benefit the ECHO Village affordable housing.

October 6
Blessing of Pets
Everyone is invited to bring their pets to the third annual Blessing of Pets at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, in the Elks parking lot at 4 Park Cliff Drive in Holiday Island. In the event of rain, it will be held in the adjoining covered pavilion. This event is sponsored by the Holiday Island Community Church is hosted by Pastor Jeff Timm. The pastoral pup Ted will also be present for this celebration of gifts.

St. Anne’s International Food Festival
St. Anne Catholic Church will host its Almost Famous International Food Festival from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, on the church grounds at 614 Main St. in Berryville. Food will stop being served at 6 p.m. The festival features food from all over the world, including the church’s ‘Almost Famous’ tamales. Other attractions will include the carnival-styled games and prizes, a dunk tank, train ride, bouncy houses, cotton candy, snow cones, bingo and much more. St. Anne will also have a soccer tournament at the Green Forest Soccer Fields on Saturday, Sept. 29. There will be a concession stand and as many as 25 teams participating.

October 7
Gospel Concert
Ozark Mountain Revival, a gospel bluegrass band, will be in concert at 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 7, at Faith Bible Church. Come hear this group from Southwest Missouri play bass, lead guitar and fiddle. Faith Bible Church is located near SunFest Market off Highway 23 N. in Holiday Island.

October 13
Bible Storytelling Seminar
A bible storytelling seminar, ‘An Effective Way to Communicate God’s Message to Humanity,’ will be lead by speaker, teacher and writer Dr. Tara Rye from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, at the First Christian Church at 763 Passion Play Road in Eureka Springs. SUNDAYS
Landmark Missionary Baptist Church
The Landmark Missionary Baptist Church will host worship service at 10:50 a.m. on Sundays, with Sunday school starting at 10 a.m. at 510 E. Madison Ave. The church also hosts services at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday afternoons and at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesdays.

Faith Bible Church
Faith Bible Church at 3 Park Cliff Drive in Holiday Island will host worship every Sunday at 9:30 a.m. and Bible studies every Tuesday and Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.

Kings Hill Pioneer Church
Kings Hill Pioneer Church will hold service at 10 a.m. each Sunday. The nondenominational church is dedicated to praise, worship, fellowship and learning more of God. The church is located at 63 Kings Hill estate, a half-mile west of the Kings River bridge on Highway 62. For more information, call 870-423-9399.

New Life Church
New Life Church at 32 Wilson Drive in Berryville will have a service at 11 a.m. every Sunday and a Bible study at 6:30 p.m. every Wednesday. Call Josh Shields at 870-480-3808 for more information. Everyone is welcome.

First Southern Baptist Church of Holiday Island
First Southern Baptist Church of Holiday Island at 6 Dove Circle will hold Sunday and Wednesday services. Sunday services begin at 9:45 a.m. with Bible study, followed by morning worship at 11 a.m. and an evening service at 5 p.m. There will be a potluck dinner at 5:30 p.m. Wednesdays with a service following at 6:15 p.m. For more information, call 479-253-6711.

Holiday Island Baptist Church
Holiday Island Baptist Church at 14 State Line Drive holds Sundays and Wednesday services. Sunday services begin at 9 a.m. with Sunday school, followed by the morning service at 10 am. and an evening service at 5 p.m. Wednesday evening service begins at 6:30 p.m. There is also a Ladies Bible Study at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesdays and a Men’s Bible Study at 8 a.m. on Wednesdays.

MONDAYS
Bible Study
A Bible study from the Melchisedec Perspective will be held at 6:30 p.m. every other Monday at Penn Memorial Church at 100 Spring St. For more information, contact Pete Ross at 479-244-6880.

Women’s Bible Study
Holiday Island Baptist Church at 14 Stateline Drive invites all ladies to come be a part of a new Women’s Bible Study at 9:30 a.m. each Tuesday. It will be a seven-week study (Psalm 23) by Jennifer Rothchild. For more information, call Beverly at 985-869-0792.

Prayer Night
New Day Fellowship will host a prayer night from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. every Tuesday at 440 Passion Play Road in Eureka Springs. Everyone in the community is welcome to attend this quiet time and meet with God for prayer and meditation.

UU Church Weekly Meditation
UU Church hosts a weekly meditation from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesdays at 17 Elk St. The meditation will feature silent meditation and video teachings from spiritual traditions and teachers. For more information, contact sandypope3@gmail.com.

WEDNESDAYS
Men’s Bible Study
Holiday Island Baptist Church at 14 Stateline Drive will begin a new Men’s Bible Study at 8 a.m. each Wednesday. All men in the community are invited to come and enjoy fellowship, coffee, pastries and inspiration. For more information, call 417-773-1549.

Single Parent Support Group
A Single Parent Support Group will be held Wednesday nights at Eureka Springs First Assembly at 350 Frontage Road beginning at 6 p.m. Dinner will be served at 6 p.m. Kids eat free, and adults eat for $2. Pioneer Club
Trinity Baptist Church at 204 Trinnen Lane in Berryville will host a Pioneer Club for children 5 to 12 years of age from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesdays. First Baptist Church in Eureka Springs
Christians are invited to join in prayer from noon to 1 p.m. each Wednesday in the lower level of the First Baptist Church, located at 100 Spring St. in Eureka Springs. For more information, call 479-253-8925.

Walking in the Spirit
Eureka Springs First United Methodist Church’s “Walking in the Spirit” exercise group meets from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. every Wednesday and Friday to do a faith-based approach to staying fit with a program for every fitness level. Grief Group
Eureka Springs First United Methodist Church’s Grief Group for widows and widowers meets at noon every other Wednesday in the church library. Anyone who has lost a spouse or partner is welcome.

FRIDAYS
Family Movie and Game Night

The program is for children from ages 2 to 12 and offers games, crafts, singing and dinner while parents get a night off. It is free and staffed by loving trained people.
