Fair preregistration clinic slated for Saturday, July 21
Any youth ages 5 to 18 who wish to show beef cattle, dairy cattle, goats, hogs or sheep at the 2018 Carroll County Fair must have their animals preregistered by Saturday, July 21. If their animals are not preregistered, they will not be allowed to snow.
You must contact your school’s Future Farmers of America (FFA) adviser if you are a member of FFA or the Carroll County extension agent, Olivia Foster, if you are a member of 4-H.
However, if you are not a member of FFA or 4-H but are a resident of Carroll County, you must bring your animals to the preregistration clinic from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, July 21, at the Carroll County Fairgrounds in Berryville.
Check the Carroll County Fairgrounds website CarrollCountyFairgrounds.com for all rule changes in the livestock department. All rule changes will be enforced beginning in 2018.
