Junior Bobcats lose to Lincoln

The Berryville junior high football team kept pace with the Lincoln Wolves early during Thursday's home game, but were unable to score enough points in a 27-12 loss. The Bobcats gave up the first two touchdowns of the game, but a 50-yard run by Tristan Updegraff made it 14-6. The two-point conversion failed. Brett Parsons scored a 13-yard rushing touchdown in the second quarter. The failed two-point conversion made it 14-12 at halftime. Lincoln went on to score the final two touchdowns of the game in the third quarter. Parsons finished the game with 115 yards rushing and Updegraff had 82. Shane Wilson recovered a fumble and Armando Mojica got an interception. On Thursday, Berryville travels to Lincoln.
