Pauline (DeBurger) Spaw, 93, a longtime resident of Green Forest, Arkansas passed away June 18, 2014, in her home in Rogers, AR. She was born November 9, 1920 in Rhodes, Iowa to Marcus Marcellous and Ethel (Johnson) DeBurger.

Pauline attended the Church of Christ in Green Forest. She worked as a homemaker and enjoyed gardening, cooking and quilting. Pauline was a grandmother to everyone.

Pauline is survive by one sister, Betty Jean McCollough, her only son, Robert Mark Spaw and wife Phyllis Spaw of Rogers, three grandchildren, Tracy Croft and husband Ken Croft, Beth Bailey and husband Bryan Bailey, Logan Spaw and wife Tara Spaw, eight great-grandchildren, Adam, Nick, Grace, Kendrick, Parker, Bennett, Kenzie, and Jack Fisher and many, many nieces and nephews that she held close and very dear to her heart.

Pauline was preceded in death by her parents, Mark and Ethel DeBurger, one sister Marie Bueller, and Pauline's husband, Thomas (Tommy) Francis Spaw. Tommy and Pauline were married on August 29, 1944. They were happily married for 65 years.

Visitation will be from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. Friday, June 20, 2014 at Nelson's Green Forest Chapel. Funeral service will be at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, June 21, 2014 at Nelson's Green Forest Chapel with Brother Ronnie Adams officiating. Interment will follow the service in the Glenwood Cemetery under the direction of Nelson Funeral Service. Memorial donations may be made to the Circle of Life Hospice, 1201 N.E.
