The following people were booked into the Carroll County Detention Center from March 12 through March 17 and charged with the following crimes, for which they have not yet been tried:

March 12

Timothy Bruce Blanshan, 53, Berryville, was booked for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Phillip Keith Benefield, 54, homeless, was booked for theft.

Elizabeth Diane Horn, 34, Green Forest, was booked for 14-day drug court commitment.

March 13

Brandon Bruce Glover, 19, Green Forest, was booked for failure to appear.

Nicholas Robert Godard, 30, Eureka Springs, was booked for hold for other agency.

Justin Derek Ritter, 26, Western Grove, was booked for forgery.

March 14

Jonathan Levi Cureton, 25, Branson, Mo., was booked for theft of property.

Joe Ray Moppin, 32, Eureka Springs, was booked for failure to pay.

Melony Ann Doty, 36, Green Forest, was booked for failure to appear.

Eli Jesse Wayne, 27, Green Forest, was booked for failure to appear.

Joaquin Pedraza, 18, Green Forest, was booked for failure to appear.

Hollirhyn Smith, 46, Berryville, was booked for violation of hot check law.

March 15

Kambra Luann Cantrell, 33, Green Forest, was booked for public intoxication.

Victoria Hernandez-North, 34, Harrison, was booked for failure to appear, probation violation, unsafe vehicle, no seat belt, DWI, implied consent, three counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Benjamin Holly Christiansen, 52, Rogers, was booked for failure to pay.

Matthew Todd Pardew, 49, Berryville, was booked for third-degree domestic battery.

Joshua Stuart Sanders, 38, Eureka Springs, was booked for theft by receiving, driving on suspended license, no proof of insurance, unsafe vehicle, noisy muffler, all terrain vehicle on highway, possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

March 16

Evaristo Montalvo, 40, Batesville, was booked for no driver's license, obstructing government operations and two counts of hold for other agency.

Kouakou Yao, 41, Eureka Springs, was booked for assault on family member, third-degree endangerment of a minor, third-degree battery, first-degree criminal mischief and public intoxication.

Shane James Burkes, 28, Huntsville, was booked for failure to appear and resisting arrest.

Jason Alex Dubson, 20, Jacksonville, was booked for white warrant parole.

Gustavo Gomez, 20, Berryville, was booked for DWI, careless and prohibited driving, no seat belt, no driver's license, no insurance and purchase or possession by a minor.

Juan Tovar Heredia, 26, Berryville, was booked for theft of property.

William Fred Lovell, 42, Berryville, was booked for two bench warrants and failure to pay time.

Evaristo Montalvo, 37, Batesville, was booked for no driver's license, obstruction of government operations, and two counts of hold for other agencies.

Rickie Lee Moore, 27, Berryville, was booked for failure to pay and body attachment for child support.

Joe Adam Serna, 29, Berryville, was booked for interference with child custody.

Clifford Elmer Warren, 40, Tulsa, was booked for failure to appear.

March 17

Sara Mae Rose Gregory, 26, Harrison, was booked for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Charles Tillman Taylor, 25, Eureka Springs, was booked for shoplifting.
