Davis hearing reset for Oct. 8
BRANSON, MO. -- The hearing on criminal charges of domestic assault and property damage against Holiday Island Commissioner Greg Davis has been reset for Oct. 8.
According to the Probable Cause Statement filed by Branson police, Davis was arrested Aug. 25 following an allegedly violent altercation with a female companion at the Hilton Convention Center hotel.
He bonded out the same day of his arrest. His hearing was to have taken place Monday.
The hearing has been reset for Tuesday, Oct. 8, at the Taney County Courthouse.
