Berryville Junior High Choir to present musical

Friday, April 19, 2013

You may not like green eggs and ham, but you will love "Seussical, Jr."

Cornerstone Bank proudly brings to the stage the Berryville Junior High Choir this Monday and Tuesday evening, April 22-23, at the Berryville Community Center.

"Seussical, Jr." is not only fun for kids, it has a love story, adventure and lots of imagination as Horton the elephant determines to protect the people of Whoville against the perils of the Jungle of Nool. On every hand, Horton faces hardship and ridicule for "believing" the voices only he can hear.

The 75-minute production is full of Dr. Seuss characters, lively music and fun. Approximately 40 choir students from grades 7-9 will share the stage in 7 p.m. showings on both nights.

Tickets are on sale at Cornerstone Bank, from choir students and will be available at the door. Adults $7, students $5, kids under 5, free. A concession stand will be available before and after the performance. For more information call Donesa Mann at 870-480-6464.
