Classes dismissed early for severe weather

CARROLL COUNTY -- Some Carroll County students are finally getting a snow day -- or at least half of one. Classes have been let out early this afternoon in the Green Forest and Berryville School Districts, with students being dismissed at 12:45, school administrators said.
