Sept. 20

Charles Everett Briley, 36, Green Forest, was booked in for theft by receiving.

James Daniel Burket, 22, Berryville, hold for Boone County.

Brian Edward Harrison, 21, was booked in for delivery of a Schedule VI controlled substance, delivery of a Schedule I/II controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

William Fred Lovell, Jr., 41, Berryville, was booked in for failure to pay.

Gregory Glen Wiley, 23, Berryville, was booked in for failure to comply with terms of probation.

Sept. 21

Carl Edward Alburtis, 25, Eureka Springs, was booked in for failure to pay, failure to appear, possession of drug paraphernalia and habitation of public property.

Brandy Deeann Bruhl, 32, Berryville, was booked in for failure to pay.

Donald Elmore Campbell, 53, Fayetteville, was booked in for failure to pay.

Sept. 22

Jose M. Hernandez, 35, Winchester, Ind., was booked in for driving while intoxicated, careless and prohibited driving.

James B. Corley, 52, Garfield, was booked in for driving while intoxicated, driving left of center and no motorcycle endorsement.

Thomas Fredrik Holley, 46, Fayetteville, was booked in for public intoxication.

Jeffrey Leander Choate, 27, Green Forest, was booked in for criminal use of a weapon, carrying a weapon, public intoxication, third-degree domestic battery and theft of property.

Eric George Bierau,27, Green Forest, was booked in for DWI, possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), possession of a controlled substance (Oxycodone), carrying a weapon and simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm.

Sean Gregory Evans, 27, Eureka Springs, was booked in for third-degree domestic battery.

A.J Leon Nicholson, 23, Harrison, was booked in for driving on a suspended license and violation of a protection order.

Dustin Dean Rivett, 26, Berryville, was booked in for driving on a suspended license.

Trevor Joe Wilson, 18, Berryville, was booked in for residential burglary, theft, possession of a controlled substance -- two counts, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dylan Earl Wilson, 18, Lampe, Mo., was booked in for minor in possession, DWI- with accident, careless and prohibited driving and no driver's license.

Justin Bernard Aquino, 33, Berryville, was booked in for aggravated assault, possession of a controlled substance, simultaneous possession of a controlled substance and a firearm, first-degree battery and terroristic threatening.

Daryl Ward Davey, 57, Green Forest, was booked in for obstructing government operations.

Charles Walter Donahue, 41, Berryville, was booked in for court appearance.

Micah Fernando Dan Juarez-Mendez, 26, Green Forest, was booked in for obstruction of government operations.

Dustin Dean Rivett, 26, Berryville, was booked in for driving on a suspended license and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Claudia Anne Romanos, 58, Eureka Springs, was booked in for DWI- drugs.

Corey Allen Thomas, 20, Branson, Mo., was booked in for fourth-degree sexual assault.

Oct. 3

Victor Hugo Cuna, 18, Berryville, was booked in for aggravated assault on a family/household member, third-degree domestic battery, interfering with emergency communication, theft of property, driving on a suspended license, resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance.

Austin Joseph Dillard, 20, Berryville, was booked in for residential burglary and theft of property.

Rickey Shannon Spencer, 35, Berryville, was booked in for failure to pay.
