The Carroll County Fair Commission is sponsoring the circus to help raise money for various community projects.
The Carson and Barnes Circus will feature clowns, acrobats, aerial daredevils and animal performances led by Asian elephants.
Before the show, the public is invited to stop by for a parade of exotic animals including full-size and miniature zebras, a pygmy hippopotamus, an alpaca, camels, pygmy goats, llamas and a Sicilian donkey.
Children will have the opportunity to see these animals up close at the petting zoo before the circus begins. There will also be elephant, camel and Shetland pony rides, as well as a super slide for the kids to enjoy.
Advance tickets can be purchased at www.bigtopshow.com or www.boletoscirco.com. Prices are $14 for adults and $6 for children. Tickets can also be bought at the gate for an additional $2.
