The Holiday Island Suburban Improvement District has announced a special meeting for Friday, June 29, at 2 p.m. at the district office at 110 Woodsdale Drive.
On the agenda under old business is lot forfeiture and sales. District Manager John Kennedy will report on his conversation with a representative from American Land Co., who sells lots for other planned communities.
Under new business, the board will address questions about the Assessment of Benefits and others submitted by property owners Dave and Kathy Bischoff.
The meeting is open to the public.
