F­our county athletes make high school All-Star roster in soccer and basketball

CARROLL COUNTY -- Four athletes representing all three Carroll County high schools will play at the Arkansas High School Coaches Association All-Star games this week.

The best of the best senior athletes in most every high school team sport, including cheer and dance, will be showcased in these games, played in Fayetteville at facilities at the University of Arkansas.

Alexis Rubio will play for the West girls soccer team boys team at 8 p.m. after the girls game. Both contests will be at Razorback Field. They are from Berryville.

Green Forest's Nicole Mullen will play for the West girls basketball team at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Bud Walton Arena. Eureka Springs' Nick Bower will play for the West boys team at 8 p.m. after the girls game.
