Nicole Clark of Porterfield Killingsworth CPA in Berryville and Cindy L. George of Berryville recently attended the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants 2012 Accounting and Auditing Conference held May 30-31 at the Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale, Mo., near Branson.
Both are members of the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
The conference was held in conjunction with the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants Leadership Conference.
The event offered the participants the opportunity to earn sixteen hours of Continuing Professional Education credits, and presented attendees with the latest information on current accounting and auditing issues, as well as technology innovations relevant to accounting and auditing.
The ASCPA is the state's largest professional organization for Certified Public Accountants with over 3,000 members in public practice, business and industry, government and education, and over 95 years of service to the Accounting Profession.
