Eureka Springs named top city for art in U.S.

EUREKA SPRINGS -- American Style magazine has named Eureka Springs one of its Top 25 Cities for Art once again in the Small Cities category (population under 100,000).

Voted on by readers, Eureka Springs was ranked at No. 8, chosen for its quality art galleries, festivals and events as well as the warm welcome extended to art collectors and art tourists.

Eureka Springs was the only city in Arkansas to receive this honor. A destination of choice for artists since the 1800s, Eureka Springs is currently home to more than 200 working artists and more than 30 art galleries.
