Bobcats travel down South to compete in state meet

NASHVILLE, Ark. -- Berryville's freshman phenom, Hannah Noble, performed very well at the 4A state track meet in Nashville last Friday. She placed fifth in the 400 meter dash, seventh in the 200 meter dash, the high jump is where she really shone bright. Noble took first in the high jump, clearing 5 ft. 5 in., not only clinching top honors but earning her a trip to the Meet of Champions this Saturday, May 12. Only members of the girls team made it to state. Here are their individual results: girls 200 m, 7/Noble, 27.50; girls 400 m, 5/Noble, 1:04.01; girls 800 m, 8/Misty Rhymer. 2:46.80; girls 4x400, 7/team, 4:30.15; girls high jump, 1/Noble, 5-5; girls triple jump, Britini Smith 33-4.75; girls shot, 4/Hayley Skelton, 31-70; girls discus, 5/McKenzie Ruiz, 82-4.
