BERRYVILLE -- The annual Farm, Flower and Garden Show and Sale in Berryville is happening this weekend on the public square.

Education, entertainment and good food will be the order of the day, according to Berryville Chamber of Commerce director Ginger Oaks.

"It will be amazing, and the weather should be great!" said Oaks.

Berryville High schools kids will have greenhouse items, Girl Scouts will have bulbs and cookies, there will be equipment displays, baked goodies, and classes galore on everything from gardening tips to pressure cooker safety.

There will also be contests including an arbor contest and bird feeder contests for adults and another for the kids.

Local planters will be selling starts and heirlooms like lilacs and raspberries.

4H kids will be serving omletes and biscuits and gravy.

The day also kicks off the season for the Berryville Farmers' Market, so those venders will be there with their items as well.

The event runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday around the Berryville Square.
