Members of the Carroll County T.R.E.K.S. 4-H Club recently predicted the weather by examining the parts of persimmon seeds. According to their prediction, lots of heavy, wet snow will fall in Carroll County this winter. Their prediction is based on the presence of a spoon shape in all of the 20 seeds they dissected.
