The following people were booked into the Carroll County Detention Center Sept. 29 through Oct. 5:

Sept. 29

Howard Douglas Harper, 43, Eureka Springs, was booked in a on a parole white warrant.

Lee Roy McNeill, 58, Eureka Springs, was booked in for DWI, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, possession of a controlled substance and implied consent.

Sept. 30

Paul Louis Bennett, 39, Green Forest, was booked in for fourth-degree sexual assault and failure to pay.

Timothy Alden Ellison, 24, Wagner, Okla., was booked in for violation of a protection order.

Kenneth Eugene Ham, 52, Berryville, was booked in for driving left of center and DWI #2.

Brian Keith Hays Jr., 35, Berryville, was booked in for failure to appear and body attachment for child support.

Charles Merville Pohlenz, 67, Eureka Springs, was booked in for DWI, driving left of center and failure to signal.

David Louis Wulff, 51, Columbia, Mo., was booked in for possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, speeding, improper passing and no proof of liability insurance.

Oct. 1

Ryan Eugene Chapman, 34, Eureka Springs, was booked in for shoplifting.

Michael Lee Denzer, 47, Eureka Springs, was booked in for speeding, failure to dim brights, driving while intoxicated-drugs and fleeing.

Jordan Nicholas Purcell, 20, Eureka Springs, was booked in for driving while intoxicated #2, driving on a suspended driver's license, implied consent and driving left of center.

Oct. 2

Jose Alamonte, 49, Berryville, was booked in for public intoxication.

Miguel Arciga, 29, Green Forest, was booked in for failure to dim lights, no driver's license, DWI-drugs, drinking on the highway, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rachel Marie Feldt, 21, Berryville, was booked in for public intoxication and on a hold for another agency.

Brendon Otis McConnell, 24, Green Forest, was booked in for tampering with physical evidence, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert Michael Romano, 47, Eureka Springs, was booked in for driving while intoxicated, open container, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, disorderly conduct and driving left of center.

Oct. 3

James Michael Dodge, 59, Eagle Rock, Mo., was booked in for DWI and careless and prohibited driving.

James Michael Mallett, 37, Harrison, was booked in on a probation violation, theft of property, no seat belt and failure to appear.

Jim Rex McCollough, 63, Los Molinous, Calif., was booked in for second degree sexual assault.

Michael Brent Phillips, 46, Berryville, was booked in for driving while intoxicated, driving left of center and implied consent.

Dustin Craig Richardson, 25, Berryville, was booked in on a white warrant.

Amanda Joanne Rosales, 29, Berryville, was booked in for DWI-drugs #5 felony, and driving on a revoked driver's license.

Edwin Gusta Vasquez De Leon, 31, Green Forest, was booked in for leaving the scene of an accident and no driver's license.

Oct. 4

Christopher Lee Floyd, 34, Berryville, was booked in for drinking on the highway.

Bick Herman Garner, 53, Rudy, was booked in on a hold for another agency.

Jose Luis Melgoza, 26, Harrison, was booked in for DWI, driving left of center and no proof of insurance.

Oct. 5

Joshua Marcus Boardman, 28, Berryville, was booked in for terroristic threatening and failure to appear.

Bryan Douglas Clark, 19, Huntsville, was booked in for speeding, careless and prohibited driving, no insurance, minor in possession and fleeing.

Michael Gene Coplen, 42, Lakeview, was booked in for a court appearance.

David Robert Hewston, 45, Berryville, was booked in for theft by receiving.

Cody Ray Howard, 31, Berryville, was booked in for failure to appear.

Charles Junior Jasso, 28, Berryville, was booked in on a felony probation violation.

Matthew Franklin Napier, 29, Berryville, was booked in for kidnapping, first degree terroristic threatening, aggravated assault on a family/household member, and interference with emergency communications.

Brian Marcel Riley, 33, Alma, was booked in on a hold for another agency.
