First Presbyterian's $50,000 trust fund to benefit charities

Returns on the fund will be distributed annually on an equal basis to Loaves and Fishes and Project Self Esteem, along with a 10 percent tithe to the Presbytery of Arkansas.

The presentation took place earlier this week when Wayne Clark, treasurer of the church, handed the check to Glenn Williams, executive director of the Carroll County Community Foundation, while both were at a Rotary meeting.
