Goober gets a new home

Goober, a Choctaw, Okla. transplant, made the move into his newest enclosure Sunday morning at Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refugee (TCWR). The male Rhesus Macaque arrived at TCWR on March 19, 1993 after a string of disheartening events. Goober was all smiles as 13-year TCWR staff zoologist Laurie Vanderwal gives him an ear scratch.
