Arkansas Parks and Tourism Executive Director Richard Davies, left, with the help of Miss Arkansas Sarah Slocum, bestowed the 2010 Henry Award in the "Grand Old Classic Special Event," on Jim Swiggart, general director of Opera in the Ozarks. The awards dinner, held in Eureka Springs on Tuesday, was part of the Governor's Conference on Tourism, which brought nearly 500 people in the tourism, parks, recreation and hospitality industries to the area for three days.
