To receive the award, a player must demonstrate the drive, diligence to school, and good moral character that the former Razorback All-American and Indianspolis Colt was known for. Burlsworth, a former Harrison Golden Goblin, was drafted with the 63rd pick by the Colts in the 1999 NFL draft.
