Frances McCart

Frances McCart, a resident of Berryville, AR, was born March 11, 1913 in South Bend, Indiana, a daughter of Dwight May and Arrilla May (Herrold) Walton. She departed this life Friday, December 4, 2009 in Berryville at the age of 96.

Ms. McCart was a Licensed Vocational Nurse and an accountant. She was a member of the Holiday Island Baptist Church.

She is survived by one daughter, Dona Coleman of Green Forest, AR; four grandsons, Billy Everette Coleman and wife Shonna of Green Forest, AR, Martin Louis D. Coleman of Tulsa, OK, Gary Allen Coleman and wife Sue of Green Forest, AR and Theron Lloyd Coleman and wife Beverly of Lampe, MO; four granddaughters, Darlene May and husband Jimmie Braswell of Branson, MO, Cheryl Ann and husband Jim Sears of Omaha, AR, Tina Joy and husband Dewayne Bruton of Golden, MO and Shalmaree Shelley and husband Darryl Reagan of Lampe, MO; one sister, Irma May Hahn of Bethesda, MD; 17 great-grandchildren; 20 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.

She was united in marriage with Robert McCart who preceded her in death. She was also preceded by her parents, one brother and two grandchildren, Kevin Shawn Coleman and Tawnya Ruth Coleman.

A private burial will be on Monday, December 7, 2009 in Pickens Cemetery under the direction of Nelson Funeral Service, Inc.
