The following people were booked into the Carroll County Detention Center Oct. 29 through Nov. 4:

Oct. 29

Joshua Luther McDaniel, 33, Green Forest, was booked in for possession of a controlled substance, possession of an instrument of crime, obedience to official devices, DWI, felony fleeing, and on a hold for another agency.

Thomas Earl Peddy, 51, Berryville, was booked in for driving on a suspended driver's license due to DWI and drinking on the highway.

Oct. 30

Cindy M. Baker, 36, Berryville, was booked in for delivery of a controlled substance (meth), conspiracy, delivery of a controlled substance near certain facilities, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and simultaneous possession of drug and firearm.

Melissa Irene Davis, 37, Berryville and Mission, Texas, was booked in for hindering apprehension or prosecution, and for capital murder by accessory.

Jeffery Scott Goodson, 44, Green Forest, was booked in for failure to appear, operation of a vehicle without a license plate, false evidence of title/registration, second- offense no liability insurance, and on a hold for another agency.

Ray Allen Stidham, 44, Berryville, was booked in for DWI, speeding, and driving left of center.

Cassey Danielle Wheeler, 26, Berryville, was booked in for residential burglary and theft.

Melisa Carol Wilson, 40, Berryville, was booked in for failure to pay.

Oct. 31

William Oscar Hamblin, 19, Eureka Springs, was booked in for driving while intoxicated and careless and prohibited driving.

Gary James Hargus, 41, Berryville, was booked in for driving while intoxicated, speeding, driving on a suspended/revoked license, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of an instrument of crime.

Salatiel Zavala-Orozco, 43, Green Forest, was booked in for DWI, no driver's license, driving left of center, no seat belt, second-offense no liability insurance, and on a hold for another agency.

Nov. 1

Nathan Shad Allen, 31, Green Forest, was booked in for driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to chemical test, manufacturing a controlled substance, and public intoxication.

Roger Curtis George, 39, Springdale, was booked in for failure to appear.

Nov. 2

Dawn Rose Grout, 44, Eureka Springs, was booked in for DWI #2, and driving on a suspended driver's license due to DWI.

Leroy Smith Jackson, 38, Fordyce, was booked in for body attachment for child support.

Darvin Wayne McElhaney, 25, Kingston, was booked in for drinking on the highway, no seat belt, and on a hold for another agency.

Krystall Lee Nation, 22, Eureka Springs, was booked in for driving on a suspended driver's license due to DWI, second-offense no liability insurance, careless and prohibited driving, no seat belt, drinking on the highway, and failure to pay.

David Quid Qualls, 25, Green Forest, was booked in for public intoxication.

Nov. 3

Charles Everett Briley, 33, Green Forest, was booked in for DWI #2, refusal to submit to chemical test, driving on a suspended driver's license due to DWI, and on a parole white warrant.

Howard Vernon Hughes, 45, Green Forest, was booked in on a parole white warrant.

Chad Justin Neely, 32, Berryville, was booked in for possession of a controlled substance and obedience to official devices.

James Michael Sforza, 21, Green Forest, was booked in on a probation white warrant.

Nov. 4

Paul Kurt Ashbaugh, 40, Holiday Island, was booked in for fraudulent use of a credit/debit card.
