Carroll County News: National News: Santa arrives early at Good Shepherd Thrift Shop (11/06/09)

Princess, a two year-old Shitzu, is all ready for the holidays. She had her picture taken with Santa and his Elf at the Good Shepherd Humane Society's Thrift Shop in Berryville where a fundraiser was under way to benefit dogies and kitties less fortunate than herself. Her photo will adorn a Christmas card that will be mailed to all her admirers. Princess was happy to visit with Santa because she knows he has a busy season ahead. He will likely appear in: the Eureka Springs Christmas Parade set for 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 4; the Green Forest parade at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 5; and the Berryville parade at 6 p.m. that same day, Saturday, Dec. 5.
