Timmy Dwayne Lively

Timmy Dwayne Lively, a resident of Green Forest, AR, was born May 5, 1965 in Berryville, AR, a son of John Dwayne Lively and Elaine (Bunch) Deatherage. He departed this life Saturday, September 5, 2009 in Berryville, at the age of 44.

He was in the woodworking business.

On February 14, 1990 he was united in marriage with Patricia Crumm, who survives him of the home. He is also survived by his son, Justin Lively of Green Forest, AR; two daughters, Zenna Mae of Green Forest, AR and Amber Asbury of Eureka Springs, AR; his mother, Elaine Deatherage of Green Forest, AR; one sister, Shari Harvey of Green Forest, AR; one brother, Billy Lively of Berryville, AR; step-father, Sam Brawley of Green Forest, AR; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends and family.

He is preceded in death by one son, one daughter, father, two brothers, Uncle Raymond Bunch, stepfather, Roy Deatherage, maternal grandparents, and paternal grandparents.

Visitation was from 5 until 8 p.m. Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at the Nelson's Green Forest Chapel. Private interment was held Thursday, September 10, 2009 at the Yocum Cemetery under the direction of Nelson Funeral Service.
