Berryville First Baptist VBS slated July 6-10

BERRYVILLE -- First Baptist Church of Berryville will conduct Vacation Bible School July 6-10.

Director Keri Spann states that activities will begin at 6 p.m. each evening. "VBS at First Baptist will present interesting journeys every session for the five days of 'Following the Steps of Jesus.'" she said. "Come to learn more about Jesus as we use the 'Passport to the Promised Land.'"

Monday's lesson will be about Bethlehem where Jesus was born. On Tuesday evening the journey goes to Nazareth where the early life of Jesus will be studied. On Wednesday the focus will be on His followers as the Sea of Galilee is studied. Thursday evening will be about His power at Capernaum. Friday evening's study will be about Jerusalem where He was sacrificed at Calvary.

Activities include Bible lessons, music, crafts and refreshments.

All youth, ages kindergarten through grade six, are invited to attend this Bible School.
