Heath attended Berryville Schools and liked attending Moore Baptist Church. He was self-employed and in his spare time, enjoyed bass fishing.
He is survived by his mother, Regina Renoude, and his step-father, Larry Renoude, of Berryville; father Randy Butler and step-mother Rosemary Butler of Springdale; sisters Heather Case and husband Anthony of Harrison, Chalese Grinder of Springdale, Nakia Smith of Springdale; brothers Jon Butler of Fayetteville, Mathieu Butler and girlfriend Jessica Johnson, Jason Young, Jeremy Young and Evan Young of Berryville; nephew Caleb Johnson; and grandmother Velma Butler of Lampe, Mo. He was preceded in death by grandparents Kirby Butler, Tommy Perkins and Nava Perkins.
Celebration of life services were to be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 6, 2009, at Berryville Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Roger Ely of Highview Assembly of God Church officiating under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Home in Green Forest.
In lieu of flowers, contributuions may be sent to any Arvest Bank for the "Heath Butler Funeral Fund." Online condolences may be left for the family at smithfamilyfuneralhome.net.
