Jan. 26

3:08 p.m. -- A caller advised a car slid off the road by McDonald's and hit a flower bed and drove off. Officers were unable to locate the driver.

3:21 p.m. -- Eureka Springs Fire Dept. member reported that there were cars sideways in front of Matterhorn, officers assisted and got the traffic flowing.

3:43 p.m. -- A caller advised that a car went into the ditch by Pizza Hut and reported there was no property damage.

3:52 p.m. -- A caller advised an accident regarding a car that was blocking Hwy 62 in front of Stonegate Inn. Officers arrived and filed a report.

4:59 p.m. -- CCSO advised that a deputy had a traffic accident on Dairy Hollow Rd and needed and accident report.

6:43 p.m. -- A caller wanted to make a report in reference to an eviction. Officer made contact and advised them it was a civil matter.

Jan. 27

9:41 a.m. -- A report was recieved that a motion alarm at the register had been set off. Police arrived, checked the building and everything was secure.

12:10 p.m. -- A resident reported a tree with power lines in it blocking the hwy completely. SWEPCO was notified.

12:18 p.m. -- A tree was reported down on powerlines blocking Spring St. SWEPCO was notified.

4:52 p.m. -- A report of a hit and run on Hwy 62 was received by the ESPD. EMS came upon it. The vehicle left the scene, was tracked down, and the driver was arrested.

Jan. 28

11:35 a.m. -- A report was recieved of breaking and entering at Devito's overnight.

Jan. 29

6:54 a.m. -- A caller advised that his car was stuck on Thomas Dr. He had an elderly person with him asking for help getting out. Police were notified and the officer assisted.

2:17 p.m. -- A caller advised that a violent 26 year old female was assaulting residents and staff at Ridgeview.

2:42 p.m. -- A report of a family disturbance resulted in non physical domestic and no weapons.

Jan. 30

7:06 p.m. -- A report was recieved of 3 cars doing donuts in the Pizza Hut parking lot. The drivers of the cars were talked to and they went home for the evening.

6:22 p.m. -- A report of an alarm going off at the museum. Everything checked ok and everything was secure.

1:09 p.m. -- A report was recieved of theft of firewood from the porch of 94 Wall St. Contact was made with the neighbor who had taken the wood for heat for an elderly male in the household.

2:13 p.m. -- A complaint of load music was reported coming from a residence behind the school. Contact was made at the residence and the volume was turned down.

2:14 p.m. -- A report of a vehicle off the road was recieved. The vehicle was gone on officers arrival.

9:58 p.m. -- A woman reported 3 males outside her house. The area was checked but the 3 males were gone on arrival.

Jan. 31

8:30 a.m. -- A caller/guest at the Angel at Rose Hall wanted their deposit back.

9:08 a.m. -- A report was recieved of a 16 year old daughter Amelia Pena and Emerson Depeel took a 4 Runner, their whereabouts are unknown. Be on the lookout.

9:36 a.m. -- A local business reported a fender bender on slick ice on Spring & Main St.

Feb. 1

12:01 a.m. -- A caller reported a jeep driving wreckless and doing donuts in the parking lot and trying to climb the mountain near the Railroad. A wrecker was called when they wrecked the jeep.

12:18 a.m. -- The ADT Security System called an alarm for McDonalds. The police arrived and all was secure.

1:50 a.m. -- A front desk employee at the New Orleans Hotel called in a domestic violence report. Officers made an arrest after the male suspect was ran through the system and the police discovered he had a warrant.

2:04 a.m. -- A female caller was concerned for her minor son who was with his father. The mother didn't know the child was out of Fort Smith and the father called her drunk and threatening to kill himself. Officers ended up making an arrest for disorderly conduct.

7:21 a.m. -- A caller reported an apartment at the Carroll House Apartments had been broken into overnight.

9:00 a.m. -- A report of was recieved that a purse had been taken from a vehicle.

2:00 p.m. -- A burglary was reported at Eureka Kids. Two kids were caught inside. The parents were contacted and agreed to terms with the director.

5:42 p.m. -- The CCSO (Carroll County Sheriffs Office) asked for officers to go to Ridgeview to check on a violent subject. When the officers arrived things were calm.

7:14 p.m. -- A caller advised they needed help on Angle St. due to very slick road conditions. No accident was reported and the caller was gone when the police arrived.

11:01 p.m. -- A domestic altercation disturbance was reported between brothers.
