2:32 a.m. - All was okay at a Carroll Road 426 vacant house that police were asked to check because the door was open.
4:03 a.m. - All was okay when police checked Sonic after its alarm sounded.
5:20 a.m. - Dispatched to Exxon to check on a possible intoxicated driver, police say they followed the vehicle and no problems were detected.
10:18 a.m. - A fire alarm at Little Angels day care turned out to be a false alarm, it had been accidentally triggered.
12:38 p.m. - A VIN verification was provided.
3:40 p.m. - Dispatched to Walmart to check on two suspicious subjects, police reported they were gone upon arrival.
7:20 p.m. - At the police department, police filed a missing juvenile report.
8:50 p.m. - Police were faced with a landlord/tenant dispute that turned out to be a civil matter.
Dec. 14
10:40 a.m. - A Craig Street resident was given a seven day notice to be in compliance with a city ordinance.
11:30 a.m. - A Del Norte resident also received the seven day notice.
11:58 a.m. - A VIN verification was provided.
12:45 p.m. - Dispatched to Walmart to pick up found syringes, police transported them to the hospital for disposal.
4:05 p.m. - Dispatched to Walmart, police issued a citation to a female adult, with child, for shoplifting.
8 p.m. - Police provided a foot patrol at the high school.
9:20 p.m. - Police initiated a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle and discovered all was okay, the subject was using a cell phone.

7:12 a.m. - Dispatched to the junction of Freeman and Douglas to investigate a loud bang, police checked the area but were unable to locate the source.
8:16 a.m. - An alarm at Economy Drug was checked. All was secure.
10:02 a.m. - Dispatched to a Shaver Street address, police spoke to a subject who claimed her husband broke into her residence, but she decided not to pursue charges.
10:27 a.m. - A private property traffic accident at Walmart required a report.
11:45 a.m. - Dispatched to a Redbud address for a civil dispute, police separated the individuals and mediated the situation.
1:42 p.m. - A female adult was arrested for shoplifting at Walmart.
2:16 p.m. - Trouble between subjects at a Huntsville address was resolved, for now, after police arrived.
3:07 p.m. - A hit and run traffic accident at the Tyson Foods parking lot required a report.
10:30 p.m. - Dispatched to a Freeman Switch address, police checked the area after the resident claimed they heard someone at the back door.

3:26 a.m. - Police checked on a woman found sleeping in a vehicle, with the motor running, along the highway near Maverick Supply. All was okay, she had driven from Texas.
5:30 p.m. - Dispatched to Walmart because there was suspected drug use going on in the parking lot, police said the suspects were gone on arrival.
5:59 p.m. - A Bohannon resident reported the theft of a debit card.
7 p.m. - Police were dispatched to Walmart because a small plastic bag with suspected marijuana was found. Police took the contraband and filed a report.
11:48 p.m. - A female adult was arrested on a felony warrant while in a field near Kabota tractors with a vehicle.
Jan. 17
12:32 a.m. - Dispatched to the prosecutors office because someone was reportedly inside, police checked and found nothing amiss.
1:36 a.m. - Police checked on a subject walking along Hwy. 221 North, someone who claimed to be on his way to Mountain Home.
10:08 a.m. - All was well at the Southern Heights Baptist Church where an alarm sounded.
9:56 p.m. - City workers were advised of a water leak at U.S. Hwy. 62 and Two State Auto.
11:45 p.m. - Loud music on Spring Street was turned down upon request after police responded to a complaint.
Jan. 18
12:10 a.m. - Dispatched to a Freeman Switch address, police checked for noises heard by the garage, but nothing was found.
12:39 a.m. - Police checked the old sheriff's office where lights were on inside. All was okay.
1:58 a.m. - An open door at a school building was discovered, and the interior checked.
3 a.m. - Dispatched to a Hailey address for a disturbance, no one answered the door.
2:59 p.m. - Dispatched to a report of a disoriented person at the Kingdom Hall, police reported the subject had friends assisting and all was okay.
4:43 p.m. - A shoplifter at Dollar General was gone when police arrived.
6:58 p.m. - Police were dispatched to Price Cutter where a female shoplifter was caught, in action, on video.
7:39 p.m. - A male adult was arrested on three warrants after police were dispatched to a Bunch Springs Road address for a domestic disturbance.

Department
10 p.m. Jan. 13 - The BFD responded to a CR 455 location where a female subject had been trapped by tree limbs when a fallen tree collapsed on her while cutting limbs. It took her a number of hours to get to her cell phone to call for help, but reportedly escaped with minor injuries, except that she was very cold.
1:34 p.m. Jan. 15 - The BFD responded to a grass fire on CR 420 that started as a trash fire that got out of control.
1:49 p.m. Jan. 16 - The BFD responded to a grass fire on McKennon that started when a resident dumped hot ashes out the door.
9:46 a.m. Jan. 17 - The BFD provided mutual aid to Green Forest firefighters at the scene of a grass fire on CR 905.
1:20 p.m. Jan. 18 - The BFD responded to a haybarn fire on CR 403, a small structure fire at the junction of CR 219 and Ark. Hwy. 143, a Trigger Gap brush fire, and a CR 505 grass fire. Holiday Island firefighters assisted with the Trigger Gap fire. The BFD fire chief requested a burn ban by day's end.
