PHYLLIS FRANKLIN CANTRELL, a resident of Green Forest, was born Jan. 16, 1952, in Ephrata, Pa., a daughter of Elmer William and Phyllis Sadie (Gype) Beck. She departed this life Monday, Nov. 10, 2008, in Springdale, at the age of 56.

Mrs. Cantrell attended the Full Faith Church in Eureka Springs. She was a dietary management associate and worked with many charities in Harrison at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center.

On Nov. 25, 2006 she was united in marriage with Dewayne Lee Cantrell, who survives her of the home. She is also survived by one daughter, Kimberly and husband David Camp of Eureka Springs; one brother, Elmer Beck and wife Karry of Texarkana, Ark.; one sister, Velta Hughs of Washington; three grandchildren, Meghan Edmondson and Arin Camp, both of Eureka Springs, and Brian Camp of Baxter Springs, Kan.; three step-daughters, Lee Cantrell of Flordia, Brook Cantrell of Louisiana and Tabitha Cantrell of Springfield, Mo.; several nieces and nephews, and a host of other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Elsie Beck and one daughter, Tina Franklin.

Visitation was Thursday at the Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel in Berryville. Funeral Services are at 2 p.m. today, Nov. 14, at the Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel with Brother Rudy Sanchez officiating. Cremation will follow the service under the direction of Nelson Funeral Service, Inc.
