September 29

1 a.m. - An officer intervened in a family dispute on N. Arch Ave.

1:17 p.m. - A dead critter was picked up on N. Arch Ave.

6:06 p.m. - An officer assisted in a medical emergency on Cherry St.

September 30

8:25 a.m. - A speeding warning was issued on W. Main St.

11:56 a.m. - A downed phone line was removed from the street on Phillips Ave.

3:30 p.m. - A written warning was left on S. Springfield Ave. after a report of two dogs running at large, and the dogs were taken to the pound.

7:38 p.m. - An officer responded to a report of a fight at city park.

October 1

11 a.m. - An officer checked unregistered vehicles on Pine St., and a 30-day warning was issued.

11:36 a.m. - Two cats were picked up on Main St.

4:55 p.m. - An officer followed up on a dog bite incident on W. Eighth St. A quarantine order was issued for the dog.

7 p.m. - Motorist assistance was rendered at Exxon.

10:35 p.m. - An officer assisted with loose horses near East Gate Mobile Home park.

11:15 p.m. - Abandoned vehicles were checked at Family Dollar.

11:25 p.m. - Abandoned vehicles were checked at the rodeo grounds.

October 2

1:19 a.m. - An officer responded to a possible breaking and entering on S. Arch Ave.

5:15 a.m. - A vehicle was stopped on S. Arch Ave. for no license plate.

10:20 a.m. - An officer followed up on W. Eighth St. in a dog bite incident. A citation was issued for a vicious animal without tags, and the animal continued to be quarantined.

11:46 a.m. - An officer followed up on an incident from the night before in which horses were found running loose on E. Main St.

5:15 p.m. - A report of harassing communications was taken on W. Seventh St.

October 3

3:25 p.m. - A warning was issued near Evans Feed for a defective brake light.

3:46 p.m. - A warning was issued on Phillips Ave. for defective equipment.

8:05 p.m. - A vehicle was stopped near Dollar General for defective equipment, and a verbal warning was issued.

11:10 p.m. - Pumpkin vandalism was discovered on S. Springfield Ave.

October 4

8 a.m. - An officer met with community service workers.

6:10 p.m. - An officer responded to an argument on the Square.

October 5

10:35 a.m. - A dead dog was picked up on Hwy. 62.

1:22 p.m. - A traffic stop was made on Carroll Ave. for no vehicle license.

2:48 p.m. - A traffic stop was made on Tyson Ave. for no vehicle license.
