HOLIDAY ISLAND -- Gold glittered at the annual Holiday Island Invitational Cross Country meet Saturday, as a host of trophies were presented in three different divisions.

An even 500 runners crossed the finish line in junior and senior boys races, and junior and senior girls. Team scores were split into 1A-2A, 3A-4A, and 5A to 7A.
