Anthony Paul Raineri, 29, was originally charged with fourth-degree sexual assault of a 15-year-old female in September 2007.
The plea agreement negated the need for a jury trial, which was scheduled to have started on Wednesday.
Raineri was placed on six years of supervised probation, and was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine, $1,000 in restitution to the county, a $250 DNA detection fee and a $20 booking fee. He is to also have no contact with his victim or her family.
