Carroll County Fair Senior queen chosen

Olivia Foster (center) was crowned Miss Carroll County Wednesday evening at the Carroll County Fair. She was voted audience favorite, and won the sportswear and interview portions of the contest. Foster is a junior at Green Forest High School and the daughter of Don and Barbara Foster. Pictured with her were: first runner-up Beth Campbell, left, a senior at GFHS, who was Miss Photogenic and evening gown winner; and second runner-up Herminia Ramirez.
