"If you are tired of worrying about the 'what ifs' in your life and want to experience the calm and contentment promised in scripture, 'Calm My Anxious Heart' is what you've been looking for," said spokesperson Myrna Peterson. "It is filled with practical advice to help us discover what the Bible says about contentment and how to apply it to our lives. "
Three sessions of the study will be offered. Two sessions for women will begin on Tuesday, Sept. 9, and Thursday, Sept. 11, in room 108 on the lower level of the Cook Center. Classes will be held from 9 to 10:30 a.m. There will be a co-ed class offered on Thursday evenings from 7 to 8:30 p.m. starting Sept. 11 in room 108. All classes are open to the public.
