August 11

1:50 a.m. - An officer assisted a Tyson truck which needed a tow.

2:15 a.m. - Unlocked doors were found at the school cafeteria.

10:47 a.m. - A possum was freed from a trash can on W. Ninth St.

10:55 a.m. - An officer followed up at Unique Linen.

11:55 a.m. - Two dogs reported running loose on Western St. were taken to the pound.

August 12

10:10 a.m. - A stray cat was picked up on S. Arch Ave.

10:30 p.m. - An officer checked on two juveniles near Cattleman's Restaurant.

August 13

9:25 a.m. - A kitten complaint was taken on S. Arch Ave.

August 14

3:24 a.m. - Two juveniles were taken to the station and were released to their parents.

5:03 a.m. - A traffic stop was made for no vehicle license.

11:43 a.m. - A puppy found near Tanner's was taken to a foster home.

1:35 p.m. - A yard sale was checked on Carroll Ave.

August 15

3:54 a.m. - An alarm at Family Dollar proved unfounded.

8 p.m. - An officer responded to a dog complaint on Cherry St., and the dog's owner was cited for a dog running at large with no tags.

August 16

12:30 a.m. - An officer handled a minor two-vehicle traffic accident at Cattleman's.

4:15 a.m. - An officer assisted the sheriff's office with a domestic disturbance on the east side of town.

10:08 a.m. - A domestic disturbance led to an arrest.

August 17

2:35 a.m. - An abandoned vehicle was checked at Harp's.
