JERRY DEAN FULLINGTON, a resident of Berryville, was born April 6, 1942, in Rayborn, Mo., a son of Howard and Martha Emaline (Carder) Fullington. He died July 5, 2008, in Berryville, at the age of 66.

Mr. Fullington was a manager for Fordick in Mountain Grove, Mo. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church.

On May 16, 1959, he was united in marriage with Ella (Sympson) Fullington, who survives him of the home. He is also survived by one son, Anthony Fullington of Berryville; three brothers, Earl Fullington of Republic, Mo., Darrell Fullington of Springfield, Mo., and Ben Fullington of Mountain Grove, Mo.; 13 nephews; eight nieces; and a host of friends.
