CHRIS MURPHY, a resident of Green Forest, was born March 3, 1970, in Springdale, a son of Bob and Linda (Conner) Murphy. He died Saturday, June 21, 2008, in Berryville, at the age of 38.

He is survived by two daughters, Patience Murphy of Prairie Grove, and Kerrigan Murphy of Green Forest; three brothers, Patrick Murphy of Rogers, Shawn Murphy of West Fork, and Kelly Murphy of Oak Grove; one sister, Kim Reedy of Moundville, Mo.; his mother and father; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.

Graveside services were held Wednesday, June 25, 2008, at Gobbler Cemetery with Brother Jerry Spurlock officiating under the direction of Nelson Funeral Service. Online condolences may be sent to the family at nelsonfuneral.com.
