ALEXANDRA MAGDELINA VICARI, a resident of Eureka Springs, was born Sept. 28, 1924, in Elizabeth, N.J., a daughter of Carl and Louise Pierokowski. She died Saturday, June 21, 2008, in Eureka Springs, at the age of 83.

She is survived by two daughters, Ana and husband Michael Schwade of Eureka Springs, and Jean and husband William Hetman of New Lebanon, N.Y.; two sons, Thomas Vicari and wife Diane of Pennsylvania and Steven Vicari and wife Lisa of New Jersey; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
