| The Eureka Springs Carroll County Board of Realtors handed out its annual 2007 sales awards at a breakfast meeting last Wednesday at the Crescent Conservatory. EUREKA SPRINGS -- The Eureka Springs Carroll County Board of Realtors gave out its annual 2007 sales awards at a breakfast meeting last week at the Crescent Conservatory.
Last year had one big Diamond winner for more than $7 million or more in sales: Rob Knapp of Coldwell-Banker.
Two agents won the Platinum award for $5 million or more: Diane Paulsen of Coldwell-Banker and Genes Bland of Mountain Country Properties.
A moment of hilarity ensued when during a door prize drawing, Knapp drew Paulsen's name, and at her next turn to draw she murmured, "Let's see if I can return the favor," and subsequently drew Knapp's name.
Other award winners were as follows:
Gold ($3.5 million): Glenn Crenshaw, Debbie Clarke and Cheryl Colbert of All Seasons GMAC; Lee Jeans and Isabelle Myers of RE/MAX Town and Lake; Pam Jones of Mountain Country Properties; and Robin Phillips of United Country Little Switzerland.
Silver ($2 million): Kyle Box of All Seasons GMAC; Pam Grudek, Diane Murphy and Karen Kinsel of Century 21; Kim Williams and Charles Edwards of Coldwell Banker; Christy Whitley, Ronnie Whitley and Lori Ward of Exit Montgomery; Mark Mattmiller of New Horizon; Tom Schaefer, Jerl Swofford, Kevin Smith, P. Henry Thornton, Marilyn Hunt and Lloyd Jones of RE/MAX; and Jason Williams of Williams Properties.
Bronze ($1.2 million): Marvin Shepard of Century 21; Madonna Maxedon and Phyllis Gaylor of Coldwell-Banker; Don Splichal of Exit Montgomery; Evelyn Cross of New Horizon; Ron Bell of RE/MAX; and Todd Summers of United Country Countryside.
