Peggy L. 'Perkins' O'Donnell

PEGGY L. 'PERKINS' O'DONNELL, daughter of Ira and Alma (Morris) White, was born Feb. 16, 1946, in Blue Eye, and died Feb. 29, 2008, in Point Lookout Nursing and Rehabilitation Home in Hollister, Mo., at the age of 62.

Peggy had been a lifelong resident of the Lampe area, where she was a homemaker.

Peggy is survived by two daughters, Vickie Barker and friend, Kenny Hunt of Diamond City, and Lisa Blevins and her husband, Donald of Lampe, Mo.; two sons, Ron White of Blue Eye and Rick Barker and his wife Jeannie of Willard, Mo.; her mother, Alma White of Berryville; two sisters, Vera McQueary of Joplin and Cathy Clark and her husband, Raymond of Berryville; eight grandchildren, Ryan, Jordan, Kayla, Anthony, Lonnie, Hunter, Araina and April; two great-grandchildren, Cameron and Conner; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Services were held on March 3, in Mt. Olivet Free Will Baptist Church with Jimmy Kiser officating. Burial was in Blue Eye Cemetery under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home-South, Kimberling City, Mo.
