William Seaton Hodges

WILLIAM SEATON HODGES died Nov. 28, 2007, in Jonesboro, La. He was 77 years old.

A graveside memorial service will be held at the Odd Fellows Cemetery at Lebanon, Ore., on Dec. 29 at noon. A friends and family fellowship time will follow at the Teen Challenge building in Lebanon.

William was born in Chickasha, Okla. to L.C. and Foye Hodges. He attended school in Albany, Ore., served two years in the Navy and three years in the Army, including 10 months in the Korean conflict. After his military service Will was a pilot, cement contractor, shoe repairman, barber, restaurant owner and ran a janitorial business.

Will and Pat operated the Country Junction in Berryville for several years. The last years of his life he was a full time RV er.

William is survived by his wife, Patti Hodges; two daughters, Debra Hultman of Grass Valley, Calif. and Teresa Hodges of Olivehurst, Calif.; his brother, Michael Hodges of Ozark, Mo.; grandchildren Leah Fowler, Davy Griffith, and Krystal Hodges of Grass Valley, Calif., and Joshua Hodges of Roseville, Calif.; two great-grandchildren; two nieces; and four nephews.

Proceeding William in death were his parents; his brother Burney R. Hodges; and in 2004 by wife Patricia Ann Jones Hodges. Pat will also be remembered at this memorial service. His brother, Michael Hodges will be officiating the memorial.
