A graduate of Eureka Springs High School, she married Clifford G. Armstrong Jr., on May 20, 1978, in Kirkland, and they made their home there for the last 30 years. Her hobbies and interests included collecting jewelry, visiting casinos, traveling with her husband crocheting, shopping and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include her husband; daughters Casey and husband Mark Lupton, of Robbinsdale, Minn., Sheri L. Hooks, of Kirkland, Cate and husband Randy Lewallen, of Discovery Bay, Calif., and Laura and husband Carl LaPlante, of Seattle, Wash.; and son W.A. Peter and wife Amy Armstrong, of Transfer, Pa.; her cat, Mikey; brothers Robert Butch Berry, and Mike Pierce, both of Eureka Springs; sisters Jackie, Annette, Vicky and Alicia; 10 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
A celebration of Mrs. Armstrong s life was held in Indianola, Wash., on Dec. 8.
