He was in industrial tools sales and a member of First Baptist Church in Bruce, Miss.
He is survived by his wife, Lanna Davis; two sons, Jimmy D. Davis Jr. and wife Cherre, of Hornsby, Tenn., Billy A. Davis and wife Connie, of Bolivar,?Tenn.; a daughter, Margaret Morton and husband Tim, of Hernando, Miss.; one step-son,?Russell Sullivan-Green and wife Penny, of Bridgeport,?Texas; three sisters, Betty Hay Carr and husband Terry, of Tupelo, Miss., Debi Hurst and husband Paul, of Bruce, Miss., and Martha Zipperer and husband James, of Ocean?Springs, Miss.; nine grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
A memorial celebration will be held Saturday, Dec. 15, from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Christian Science Reading Room in?Eureka Springs.
