JAMES NORRIS, a resident of Green Forest, was born July 28, 1938, in Green Forest, a son of Arlis and Anna Mabel (Hamel) Norris. He died Saturday, Sept. 8, 2007, in Springdale, at the age of 69.

Mr. Norris was a farmer, working in the cattle business.

He is survived by one son, Joseph Chad Norris of Green Forest; one sister, Virginia Hulsey of Kimberling City, Mo.; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Arlis M. Norris.
